Cookie for one!

I definitely have the biggest sweet tooth of anyone I know and it only gets worse later on in the day. Usually by 8pm I’m craving chocolate, candy, or any form of sugar I can find! I got tired of making a batch or cookies or a whole cake because I just ate the whole thing… Seriously… So I adapted this recipe from the vegan chocolate chip cookies on my blog to make a quick treat that’s totally vegan an effortless. Not to mention, Delicious and completely satisfying!

oatmeal choco quick cookies:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp almond milk
Pinch of baking powder
1/2 cup oats (quick oats or old fashion)
1 tspn chocolate chips
1 tspn dried cranberries

Mix peanut butter, almond milk, and baking powder until smooth. Add oats and any additions. Mix well then plop on a baking sheet and form into a cookie. Bake at 375 for about 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!
You can add anything you want like vanilla, cinnamon, protein powder, nuts…. Anything!

Nothing like a nice big cookie, cup of tea, and scrabble to end the night

 

Macros for the cookie : 272 calories, 12 g fat, 33 gΒ carbs, 5.5 fiber, 4 gΒ sugar, 10 gΒ protein
